Oh you, oh relativist you...

Since my royal readers are protesting against my recent deletion:

Why do relativists seek philosophical debates in the first place, I will never know.

It just seems like a big ball of bogus to me. It sounds like "I am too lazy to do my homework" said really fast. If it is impossible to locate externally the true meanings to all things... then how does one come up with such a statement, which sounds like an assertion of an undeniable truth, in the first place?

A relativist should learn to embrace another's unbelief in relativism. Seriously, I really do not understand why they get so worked up (!) about absolute value systems, especially that of Christian kind. It leads me to believe that "tolerance of all" is such a blatant, hateful lie. They're only kidding themselves to say, "I don't care what you think."

Also, if relativism is at all a logically sound philosophy, it should conform to the rules of negation: one might as well should argue that all points of view are equally invalid. Which leads me to say,

"If the whole universe has no meaning, we should never have found out that it has no meaning." - C. S. Lewis

Mathematics and relativism is not a good mix.

Crap, my entire career is on stake!

On another note, home must have a secret magic about it. Healing, comforting, relaxing. How much moreso wonderful our heavenly home must be.

I really should be writing my paper... :(
