Since a book is written in that script (Alphabet), it is impossible and inconceivable to be used before the time of the introduction of the text regardless of Carbon dating (Carbon dating would have to be less reliable) . Even though the remaining scrolls were mainly Canonical copies (40%, not authored by the Sect but the original Bible), some were written in the Hasmonian Script invented two hundred of years ealier, and some where dated 400 BC (Paleo-Hebrew Script), but they were actually the reference library for the Essenes Sect. An example is that finding ancient books in a modern US university library does not mean that the library and the University were established at the time of writing or ( printing) those antique books!). - The counter argument that carbon dating the scrolls was 100 years earlier "IN AVARAGE"! than Jesus time, does not mean that the scrolls were not written at the time of Jesus, since in those ancient days, making parchments for writing was made from sheep-skin, and the carbon dating will reveal the dateof the sheep when they were alive, since the skin used to be stored and cleaned by levites for 50 years to cleanse it and purify ( make it clean, and because the parchments could also be used again and again throughout the generations ( ie rewriting over the parchments after erasing the old ink, since parchments made for writing was a rare commudity not like paper of our days, in addition to the use of what is known as The Master Scrolls ( master copies could be saved for hundreds of years to make new copies of different canonical books when needed) makes the sect keep ancient scrolls as master scrolls . - The Carbon dating that was done on the cloth linen that wrapped the scolls before storing them for the last time in antiquity, was found to be 32 AD just the date of Jesus finishing his ministry! ( the linen cloth carbon dating is more accurate because linen dating is the time of growing the cotton and fabricating the linen. - This makes the time period of writing the sectarian scrolls any time between 40 BC and 32 AD, but since the majority of the Sectarian writings were in the New Herodian rather than the Herodian script, then it is much closer to the time of Jesus, and not long after him, since the archaeological digs discovered that the last coins found in the area of Qumran settlement and nearby areas was from 70 AD - The jars that entombed the linen-wrapped-scrolls inside the caves were identical to the jars found in the settlement of Qumran. - - 50 years before the discovery of the scrolls, a German archaeologist visited the settlement and published an article " Muslim tombs were found before the time of Islam", thinking to vendicate islamic practices as borrowed from ancient people and not authentic, but since Muslims claim that early christians were similar to Muslims in their practices, it is not suprising after all. Since all three historically-known sects: Essenes , Christianes, and Baptists existed in that stretch of the desert near and west of the Jordan river and Dead Sea (The area around Qumran and the caves), but at the same time away and to a good distance (15 miles) into the desert from Jerico and Ein-Gedi ( both cities were pharaisies strong holds) and all three sects were around the same time period (0 AD to 70 AD) and they were all similar in criticizing the Jewish authorities and Pharaisies, and since neither of these sects mentioned the other in their chronicles, then they must be the same sect! ( This is unrefutable counterclaim to Golb) - ( because they should have seen each other unless they were all three a one and the same sect). However through the years since the initial discovery in 1947, political pressure, some tiny scraps of documents dug from other areas in Palestine such as the Floreligum paper, found their way secretly to the huge stash of tens of thousands to the Dead Sea Scrolls scraps resipotory ( especially after the scrolls being handled and controlled by the Israeli Archaeological Authorities) to help diffuse the fact that the Essenes were anti-Pharaisees. The Florigellum paper, for example, is an obvious work of pharaisies and it was found to be fully absorbed by Florine ( from which comes its name!) because it was actually dug just outside Engedi just at the Dead Sea Shore. This Florillegum could not have been made by the Dead Sea Scroll makers because they clearly state in their sectarian laws that the Dead Sea Shore is unholy and even their grave sites and ( and more likely their scripture(The word of God) should be at a good distance from the shore by 50 meters. They also instructed that the scrolls ( considered holy scripture by them since their boss was the Massiah!). The Florillegum for example was known to be found in Nahal Hefer near Eingedi in the fifties which was a separate archaeological dig that were conducted mainly by Israelis. While the Europpean committee community responsible to translating the scrolls were residing in Jordan and were appointed by the Vatican (Mainly Catholics), but both Israeli and Europpean archaeologists at the time (fifties and sixties) acknowledged that these other sites are too far away from the Qumran scrolls to be the works of the Essenes or who-ever made the Dead Sea Scrolls. Even though only few such misplaced scraps of papers were added to the stach but were all amazingly-suspiciously have dating evidences in them that dates 150 years before the time of Jesus or more, or have evidence of the works of the pharaisies ( the sworn enemies of the Essenes, The Dead Sea Scrolls writers, and also christians and Baptists if they are not all the same people), as if to convince the public that the Essenes were no more than a regular jewish sect, who their boss claimed to be the Messiah, but 150 years before Jesus! However there was no such sect of this magnitude that could have lasted 200 years and produced such a huge library ( evidence of 900 scrolls remains were found in the caves so far), without being noticed by historian or discovered by authorities of that time. John Allegro, who was one of the scholars of the original Dead Sea scrolls Committee, and was openly aethiest, made an unexpected short statement in 1965 when he laughingly stated " The Christians had been lied on for two thousand years" ( end of quote) - From this statement we conclude: 1- The Scrolls are related to the christians one way or the other. 2-there is a damning evidence that the christian story made by the church was fundamentaly wrong. Now that it is been 60 years since the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls, the only disturbing issue found in the scrolls is that the Teacher ( their teacher the Massiah) did not die (and was not caught). The teacher claims that when the Wicked Priest (probably Ananias the High Priest) failed in his endeavor to catch and kill the Teacher, because God saved him, However the Teacher continue to say that the Wicked Priest was the cause for the Teacher to be cut off from his followers!! - - While some scholars continue stupidly to bring this as evidence that he was cut off from his people because he died later or was killed ( died because of his wounds later, because his followers continued writing about him after his leave), Those scholars have in their mind just the supposed suggested story of a person Juda who is thought to have rebelled on Jews in 150 BC ), but it is clearly that his statement ( the Teacher) that the Wicked Priest FAILED, prove that he stayed alive. The only solution that fits the bill, is the Muslim claim that Jesus was not crucified did not die, but yet he was still cut off from his followers by ascending into Heaven ( Just as mentioned in Daniel, where the 490 years probation period ends with Massiah will be cut off (but not by himself!) ( ie by God bringing him to heaven). - However the scholars can not say such statement without being committed and stripped of their Academic chairs offices and cars! - - The Israeli Archaeological authorities keep presenting only these few smuggled documents mentioned above ( few pages in all) in the International museums about Dead Sea Scrolls around the world, as if these little fragments are theonly representives of the scrolls!. Even though these documents are counted by the fingers and were all obviously tucked in the homongous stash at a later time, and evidenced by earlier publications that these intruding documents were discovered in other digs and were published and translated in the corresponding dig site name ( Ein Hefer, Ein Meshfat, etc) in specific editions of the DJD ( Discoveries in the Judean Desert) in the fifties and sixties. - - When some honest scholars from around the world tried in recent years ( 90's) came to speak out, they were faced by legal law suits and huge fines ( 200k dollars and more) and by even getting firing from their prestigious chairs in their universities ( an example is a Polish professor, and archaeological magazine editors from the US), for they supposedly intruded on the right of ownership of studies or the ownership of the scrolls themselves, because the Israelis claim that the scrolls are ( since 1991!?) became heritage of the Israel State and any body who wants to pulish any article about the scrolls should have the Permission of Israel or the Israeli researcher who is still doing studies on the corresponding scrolls? (Even though the Scrolls writers were anti pharaisees and christians!)- - The Israelis who consolidated the introduction of these scraps of paper since taking over in 1991 from the Christian-Papal-dominated Committee that oversaw the Scrolls since the beginning. - The Israeli claimed that they actually revealed all the hidden peices of scrolls contained historical dating evidence!, even though all experts maintained the claim for several decades that no peice from the Dead Sea scrolls contained any historical dating evidence. However all the so-called revealed documents have dating evidence ( a rare coincidence indeed!) were in connection with earlier dates ( such as a King's coronation event!). It is important also to note that all these introduced ( supposedly hidden ) scrabs were hastely written by non-scribers (pharaisees!), while all the Dead Sea Scrolls were written meticulously and handsomely by expert writers with time on their hand (real scribers real levites). While the number of scrolls estimated to have existed in the discovered 11 caves were over 900 scrolls ( each scroll was originally several meters long, and the corpus of the remaining scrabs count by the millions, but only all the few scraps of paper added by the Israeli Archaeological authorities were datable to historical events!"
